30 countries globally. With new manufacturing lines in Germany and a new pipeline to explore, this company seek a senior QC professional to oversee key upcoming projects.
The Role
As a Director of QC, you will play a key role in the oversight of key projects for this company, leading a team of 10 QC professionals, and spearheading Global validation and qualification activities, and Tech Transfer processes.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary leadership of 10 Quality Control Employees.
- Assessing and developing improvement methods within the QC area.
- Develop and train internal employees on key procedures.
- Evaluate all Stability studies and protocol requirements.
- Leading International technology transfer processes.
- Leading Qualification and Validation activities.
Requirements
- 5+ Years experience in Quality role in the pharma / biotech industry.
- 2+ Years Leadership experience.
- Understanding of QMS.
- Clear communicator.
- Study of Pharmacy.
