MacGregor Black is collaborating with a Renowned International Consumer business to find a Senior Manager Ecommerce. This is a permanent position based in Western Germany.
As a Senior Manager Ecommerce , you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing the digital presence of one of our product categories across multiple platforms.
Your main focus will be to ensure the category's essence is conveyed effectively, strengthening the emotional bond with our audience.
From utilizing specific digital marketing channels to meeting revenue goals, you will drive the success of the digital category as a crucial part of the broader strategy outlined by the Global Category Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Diligently ensure that the category’s identity is consistently and compellingly presented across all digital channels.
- Work closely with the Sales and Category teams to set and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance the customer journey across digital platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of a targeted digital marketing strategy.
- Use analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve digital efforts.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure digital content aligns with the category’s values.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What we’re looking for?
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Deep passion for the relevant Bike Category
- Proven background in digital marketing, e-commerce, or category management
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Innovative thinking and enthusiasm for staying on top of digital trends
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
