Account Executive (JUMP)
Clearwater JUMP" are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join our Sales department and help us accelerate our international development in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region.
You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of managing a full SaaS sales cycle with multiple stakeholder engagement.
You will be an "influencer" with experience in selling into the financial services (Buy Side & Investment , Insurance or Accounting verticals)
Your Role :
Identify potential clients and decision-makers in targeted markets across Europe, skilled at prospecting and strategically navigating through your targeted account and prospects
Generate high-value business opportunities through client facing, consultative discussions (Supported by an awesome team of Solutions Consultants!)
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing
Working closely with an experienced team of business development representatives, Solutions & presales consulting and post sales, Client Services (Stakeholder management)
Represent Clearwater JUMP at major trade events, roundtables, industry conferences, Clearwater JUMP Connect annual roadshows
Reporting on your sales activities / pipeline weekly
Your Skills / Experience :
At least 2-3 years + of successful commercial experience in the B2B software space
Interest in Financial Services and Market Finance (Investment / Asset Management, Order Management & Portfolio Management SaaS solutions very beneficial!)
Proven track record of success
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team (Managing multiple internal & external stakeholders)
Proven experience in managing, leading and driving consultative sales cycles (Sales methodologies, prospecting, influencing C suite decision makers)
Ability to deliver and exceed annual new business quotas (x3 pipeline generation)
Fluent in German & English
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree or MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
2+ years of relevant experience of meeting or exceeding a sales quota.
Experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract).
SaaS sales experience.
