Our client is a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry and is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Director .
Job Description
You will lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition across our divisions for a specific region. You will play a critical role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the group's hiring needs and business objectives.
- As service provider, collaborate with Functions and Business management teams to develop a robust talent pipeline for key positions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, to augment the talent acquisition efforts when needed.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, actively sharing insights and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, promoting a culture of belonging and equal opportunity.
Profile requested :
Master’s degree in Human Resources with 10+ years of experience in HR field and significant recruitment experience in international footprint.
5+ years leading a recruiting team.
- Very good knowledge of Employment law, Usage of job boards, social media and virtual recruiting tools
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, tools, and technologies, with a track record of implementing innovative and effective recruitment practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
