AI Validation Engineer (f / m / d)

Salary : 75.000 - 95.000 per year

Requirements :

• Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning and deep learning architectures and principles
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Practical understanding or demonstrated interest in the topics of ML safety, security and privacy
• Experience with Git for source control and containerized development
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities :

Contribute to the development of our AI testing platform by implementing advanced machine learning validation techniques

Analyze and apply relevant research in the areas of ML safety, security and privacy

Identify opportunities to integrate emerging testing methodologies into existing workflows

Design and maintain test strategies to address challenges encountered in ML compliance assessments

Build and refine customer-specific ML test solutions tailored to real-world applications
