Solution Architect and Service Manager (m / f / d) for User Experience (UX)

You are more than just an SAP ABAP developer - you are an architect and manager of innovative user interfaces and want to shape both the technology and the design of these interfaces! In our multifunctional team, we are looking for a creative mind who primarily wears the IT hat, but does not shy away from interacting with user communities in order to develop the best possible solutions together. Our SAP Basis & Platforms team is responsible for the operation of the central SAP systems and services based on SAP Cloud and OnPremise solutions; in use for global applications in all business areas at Covestro. With passion and deep technical expertise, you build e.g. SAP Fiori or SAP Build Workzone architectures, develop best practices and support them in cooperation with other IT application teams. Your experience, curiosity and thirst for knowledge will help Covestro IT to make SAP-based applications appealing to our global users.

You will be responsible for providing services for the development and operation of the SAP solutions for user interfaces used at Covestro. This includes consulting and support in the implementation of new scenarios within the scope of projects as well as the monitoring and optimization of the technologies used in the context of operation and support

You are responsible for the architecture and administration of the systems "SAP Fiori Launchpad", "SAP Build Workzone" and the surrounding "SAP Business Technology Platform". This also includes the provision of services for the implementation, operation and support of these solutions

You coordinate external service providers on your own responsibility

You act as the responsible Implementation Manager (m / f / d) for the technical change management of the mentioned operational applications and are responsible for their system integrity

You continuously identify potential for improvement with regard to the stability and performance of the applications mentioned

You have a successfully completed university degree in (business) informatics or comparable training and several years of professional experience

You have sound experience in SAP UX solutions such as SAP Fiori or SAP Build Workzone

You have already proven your experience in the management of IT projects

Your way of working and thinking is analytical, methodical and structured

You are familiar with agile methodologies

You impress with your networking skills, strong communication skills in German and English round off your profile
