Production Manager (m / w / d)

The Production Manager offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and the prospect of taking over the management of an entire site after successfully proving yourself in practice. In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Area of responsibility :

• Independent management of the production of beet sugar
• Management and development of production personnel
• Ensuring product availability in terms of quality and time
• Resource planning and monitoring of key figures
• Continuous production improvement, such as : Process optimization Efficiency enhancement Quality improvement Cost reduction Plant availability
