• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for civil and military aircraft, passenger and cargo drones as well as the (new) space ecosystem
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, i.e. streamlined product development and production processes, production rate and supply chain performance increase, value stream digitalization and sustainability
• Transform functional perimeters and entire companies towards customer centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes and organizations
• Support in the acquisition and the development of innovative consultancy projects
• Foster the strong international aerospace community including specific knowledge development
