Industrial Engineer Coating (m / f / x)

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer - Coating (m / f / x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!
Our ultimate goal with Skeleton is to build a net zero future, and our role is to make sure the world is aware of how we can help save energy, cut fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, and enable the energy transition.
In this role, you would be the key member of successfully commissioning and starting the equipment and processes belonging to your area of responsibility- Coating- in our new Leipzig Gigafactory.
Your tasks in the net zero journey :
- Responsibility for the assigned part of the manufacturing line.
- Responsibility for ensuring that the agreed technical specifications are implemented in the equipment.
- Solving and closing the technical open points related to the equipment.
- Maintaining and structuring the equipment-related documentation for future scale-up phases.
- Lead manufacturing ramp up phase by improving performance of equipment ensure manufacturing lines meet OEE goals
- Responsibility over equipment commissioning and SAT in Skeleton's factory.
- Troubleshoot and increase efficiency of the processes using tool management software, and implement changes / improvements
- Providing daily input to the project back office and leadership team regarding the timeline and progress of the assigned manufacturing equipment.
- Execution of calculations for manufacturing output according to the overall scale up requirement.
- Define product and process specifications, develop test plans and implement them in production and define and check the acceptance criteria for Coating.
