We are searching for a candidate who can help Arise reach its full potential and become a leader in the Health & Fitness category. Tasks

  • Define product vision strategy and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with UX / UI designers to ensure a datadriven and intuitive interface.
  • Develop feature requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
  • Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
  • Monitor app performance analytics and KPIs to drive datainformed decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee endtoend app operations including deployment maintenance and customer support.
  • Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
  • Manage partnerships with thirdparty service providers (e.g. API vendors cloud platforms).
  • Work with sales marketing and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
  • Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR SOC 2).
  • Develop training materials documentation and onboarding processes for users.
  • Track operational metrics SLA compliance and overall app stability.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
  • Bachelors Degree in a business or managementrelated field preferred
  • Great command of English German or Russian is considered a plus
