Role Overview :

As a Content Moderator, you will review user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. Your role involves enforcing content standards, addressing user concerns, and collaborating with your team to uphold a positive and secure online environment. Staying informed about emerging trends will also be key to refining moderation strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Review : Evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards and remove inappropriate material.

Policy Enforcement : Enforce platform rules across various content types.

User Support : Respond to user appeals with clear explanations for moderation decisions.

Regulatory Compliance : Collaborate with your team to meet all regulatory requirements.

Trend Monitoring : Analyze user behavior patterns and identify emerging risks to enhance moderation tactics.

Process Improvement : Provide feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflows.

Requirements :

Proficiency in German (B2 / C1 level)

Proficiency in English (B2 level)

EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card

Customer support experience is preferable

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities

Desire to learn and advance in the field
