Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?

Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be the strategic lead responsible for steering the evolution of our TeamViewer ONE Enterprise offering. You aren't starting from a blank slate, instead, you will take our established, market-leading platforms and drive their convergence into a unified, high-scale enterprise ecosystem. In this high-influence role, you will balance internal technical steering with external evangelism, to ensure TeamViewer ONE remains the gold standard for the modern digital workplace.

  • Enterprise Product Strategy: Define and execute the long-term product investment strategy for the TeamViewer ONE Enterprise segment, identifying new market opportunities and competitive moats.

  • Platform Interoperability: Steer the seamless integration of multiple backend platforms to deliver a unified "Enterprise-grade" experience, ensuring scalability, high availability, and consistent security standards across the ecosystem.

  • Market & Analyst Evangelism: Act as a public face, engaging with industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester) and speaking at conferences to position TeamViewer as a visionary leader.

  • High-Stakes Discovery: Lead discovery for complex enterprise-specific needs, such as advanced orchestration, global policy management, and deep integrations into existing enterprise tech stacks.

  • Influence: Build and present robust business cases to executive leadership, influencing the company’s broader product direction and resource allocation.

  • Product Excellence & Mentorship: Elevate the craft of Product Management across the organization by coaching senior and mid-level PMs on best practices in discovery, strategy, and platform thinking.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a significant track record of leading large-scale B2B Enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Deep expertise in building and scaling platform ecosystems, including complex API strategies, identity management (SSO/SCIM/RBAC), and distributed systems.

  • Proven ability to navigate the unique requirements of Fortune 500 customers, including security compliance, data residency, and procurement complexities.

  • Exceptional ability to distill technical complexity into compelling narratives for non-technical executives and external industry analysts.

  • Expert-level skill in using advanced telemetry and cohort analysis to inform product direction.

  • University degree in a technical or business-related field; MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.

  • Native-level fluency in English

  • Prior experience in M&A product integration, bringing different product cultures and tech stacks together.

  • Direct experience with IT automation, AI-driven remediation, or complex orchestration engines.

  • A background in managing P&L or unit economics for a high-growth product line.
