Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an affinity for numbers and data. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and confident in using Excel or Google Sheets. Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English (B2+). German is a plus. Enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics. Your mission
- Support our fraud prevention operations by monitoring user activity and payment requests, identifying suspicious behavior, and taking appropriate action.
- Understand the importance of fraud prevention and its impact on our business, staying curious about potential risks and loopholes.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to help resolve tickets.
- Detect and flag recurring fraud patterns, collaborating with Product and Tech teams to improve detection measures.
- Stay curious about our industry, develop an understanding of potential loopholes, and adapt quickly to market dynamics and new technologies.
Your profile
Ideally, you can support us between 16-20 hours per week.
