You will use the HMX framework to coach and lead facility leadership teams, to improve processes, increase productivity and help establish a mature lean culture.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVELean transformation experience and understanding of lean principles with a proven track record of changing culture and getting results. Successfully facilitated and driven 20+ process or program improvements.Experience with facilitating and deep diving supply chain processes and driving transformations.5+ years program or project management experience5+ years of Process Excellence or equivalent experienceAbility to travel 75%WE VALUEBachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related discipline required.5+ years Sr. Manager experience is valuable.Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both senior management and production staff.Leadership through influence, coaching, mentoring, and teaching; ability to foster lean culture change in an environment with varying acceptance.Understanding of Gemba-based continuous improvement tools/techniques.
