Finance Business Partner – EMEA

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner to the Commercial VP EMEA, Global R&D leader and a number of supporting functions
• Develop and track KPIs to drive the profitable growth and profitability of the business
• In collaboration with Commercial leadership, develop and execute robust processes for revenue management, deal profitability review, sales incentives management and customer incentives management
• In collaboration with R&D leadership, develop and drive the Innovation ROI within the Stagegate-process.
• Perform annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly / weekly business reviews for assigned area of responsibility
• Participate in strategic planning and strategic projects as appropriate
• Pro-active involvement in finance excellence and automation projects in collaboration with the international finance team based in multiple locations across Europe, Latin America and Corporate Headquarter in US
