Your tasks :

  • Supervision of real estate rentals and lettings
  • Monitoring, adjustment and enforcement of tenancy agreement rights and obligations
  • Carrying out property inspections and preparing minutes
  • Initiation / implementation of defect rectification measures
  • Control and monitoring of internal and external service providers (e.g. purchase requisitions for repair measures)
  • Taking over invoice verification / pre-assignment and payment of supplier and tradesman invoices / cooperation with financial accounting
  • Invoicing of bills for internal energy and tradesman services
  • Creation of rental contracts - maintenance and provision of required contract data for reporting
  • Preparation and checking of service charge statements
  • Reporting to media suppliers (utilities and waste disposal companies)
  • Acceptance and handover of rental space including logging
  • Master data maintenance and control in CAFM and digital document management
  • Basic commercial activities, general correspondence and project- and subject-related special tasks

Your strengths :

  • A recognized degree in a commercial field, preferably with a focus / experience in the real estate industry or comparable training and / or further education
  • Knowledge of tenancy and contract law and the relevant rules and regulations
  • Good IT skills in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work independently, analytical thinking, organizational skills, decisiveness, initiative and willingness to learn
