About The Role

We are looking for a Global Product Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team responsible for shaping ECARX’s footprint. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive strategic projects, execute complex initiatives, and provide analytical support to guide key decisions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends to shape the product roadmap and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution

Assist in defining and refining global strategic priorities, leveraging market insights to propose effective go-to-market strategies and expansion plans. Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.

Conduct in-depth market research, including consumer trends, competitive benchmarking, and regulatory landscapes across multiple geographies. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform product positioning, partnerships, and business strategies.

Work closely with internal stakeholders—Management, Product & Technology, Finance, and Legal—to align initiatives and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate and drive management meetings related to product and technology strategy.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track the performance of strategic initiatives. Present clear, data-driven narratives and business recommendations to senior management, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, local entities, and key global stakeholders to enable seamless project delivery and partnership development. Collaborate with multiple teams to co-create strategies and execution plans.

Define benchmarking targets—covering products, technology, and processes—and drive related activities. Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain ECARX’s competitive edge.
