In short : We simplify mobility.Tribe PRODUCT MANAGER Product Management  Position Key Responsibilities The Fleet Manager tribe Product Manager is responsible of building great mobility products for Fleet Managers by leading effectively his / her Tribe.  Execute our Mobility Product Strategy for the Edenred Mobility organization. Contribute to defining the product vision for Edenred European Fleet Manager online platform. Design the Tribe product roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholder, including engineering, marketing, customer excellence and sales. Prioritize product solutions to maximize business impact at lowest development cost. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration. Deliver high quality product specifications through strong collaboration with business, tech and product design teams. Create and demonstrate a strong understanding of users and customers’ needs.  Conduct market and user research, identify opportunities, prioritize features development Work closely with product owners to manage delivery. Be an owner of the quality of what they are building. Monitor and optimise results through data analysis and feedback; iterate and improve. Identify key internal stakeholders (Customer Excellence, Sales..) and build strong relationships with them. Communicate company wide on the milestones achieved. Be a team player within your tribe and within a Cross-European product organization. Be accountable of results to achieve with a positive mindset, finding solutions efficiently and taking concrete decisions to move forward. Key Stakeholders The Tribe Product Manager will interact with :  Internal stakeholders (departments within the entity or withing the Group) :  Product Designers Product Owners  Tech Marketing Sales Customer Excellence External stakeholders (clients, suppliers, professional organizations, government,…) :  Customers (fleets managers) and their employees (drivers) 3rd party system owner Required skills & profile 5 years work experience in a similar product management function in an innovative companies (startups, scale-ups, or any tech-driven company)  Education : Master or Bacherlor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Techology  Proficiency in the use of :   Agile Product management frameworks Building a product strategy User Research methodologies Priorisation frameworks Product tools : Atlassian suite, Figma, Product Mgmt software Demonstrating :    Strategic thinking Strong products discovery and designing expertise Experience running products along the lifecycle Strong communication and collaboration skills to different stakeholders (external and internal) and different hierarchies Ability to comply to processes, work effectively in a team Positive mindset and leadership Agile way of working Be ready for transformation Hands on mentality Experience in start ups, scale-ups or start up mode in corporate environment is a plus Understanding the usage of data and metrics to clearly define the impact from products Languages required : excellent English, German is a plus, as any other European language. OTHER DETAILS Location : Kleinostheim, or remote but at least bi-monthly in the office Apply now and Vibe with us !SummaryLocation : Germany - KleinostheimType : Full time
