Supply Chain Quality Engineer - PCA (m/f/d)

Your ResponsibilitiesAssures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chainAuditing and development of printed circuit board PCBA suppliers in accordance with Advantest's quality and technology requirementsDevelopment and implementation of strategies for continuous process monitoring of outsourced PCBA manufacturing with the aim of consistently receiving and delivering the highest quality productsDrives resolution of technical issues on PCBA-level at and with our EMS providersDevelops, maintains and shares expertise of PCBA-design, PCBA-production and automated test of PCBAs

Your QualificationsBachelor's, master's, or university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, materials science, physics, or a comparable fieldIn-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing, acquired through relevant professional experience; ideally certified IPC A-600 and IPC A-610 specialistExcellent analytical skills in solving technical problems, including remotely and with partnersExperience with supplier development and supplier audits in the EMS sector, ideally certified as process auditor acc. VDA 6.3Strong team spirit and ability to work in an intercultural environment, strong self-management, coordination and communication skillsFluent English language skillsAbility to travel 5-20% of the time
