We are looking for a talented Sales Engineer (m / f / d) to join our team. In this role, you will be a key technical advisor and trusted consultant, helping prospects and customers understand how our product solves real challenges and guiding them through the entire buying journey - from the first conversation to technical onboarding. You will confidently operate at the intersection of customers, the sales team, and product management to ensure our solutions address business needs effectively.

Tasks

• Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and uncover technical requirements
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase how our solution addresses customer goals
• Prepare and deliver tailored proof of concepts and solution workshops to demonstrate how our product fits each customer's unique requirements and accelerates their decision-making
• Lead technical discussions and guide prospects through solution architecture, integrations, and best practices
• Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and proof of concepts
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners and serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering
• Support enablement activities, including creating technical documentation and reusable demo assets
• Represent the company at events, trade fairs, webinars, and workshops
