Backend software engineer Jobs in Berlin

Your mission

As a Software Engineer in the Platform team, you’ll work on growing and maintaining PartsOS, our core data platform, and its integrations with other systems. If you’ve got a knack for solving tough challenges with elegant, scalable solutions, we want to hear from you!

Tasks

• Backend Brilliance : Build and maintain backend services using Python (Django). Shape our platform architecture to power the frontend and seamlessly connect with external systems.
• Seamless Integration : Ensure smooth collaboration between frontend and backend by developing and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Data Science : Implement and maintain algorithms for the data planning and optimization engine.
• Data Engineering : Develop and refine ETL pipelines to import, clean, and validate data efficiently.
• CI / CD & Testing : Contribute to the CI / CD pipeline, deploying backend services and frontend updates effortlessly. Write and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability across systems.
