Aufgaben

Rollenbeschreibung

Als HubSpot Solutions Developer kombinierst du strategisches Denkvermögen, technisches Systemverständnis und ausgeprägte Umsetzungskompetenz. Du planst und orchestrierst komplexe HubSpot-Implementierungen, konzipierst Integrationsarchitekturen, und arbeitest eng mit unseren B2B-Kunden sowie internen Teams zusammen. Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für das Setup, den Betrieb und die Erweiterung anspruchsvoller Go-to-Market-Infrastrukturen - inklusive Custom Integrationen mit ERP-, Buchhaltungs- oder Analytics-Systemen.

Kernverantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwicklung skalierbarer, wiederholbarer und erweiterbarer HubSpot-Systemarchitekturen
  • Technisches Scoping und Beratung von Kundenprojekten (PreSales & Delivery)
  • Implementierung von HubSpot-Lösungen : CRM-Setups, Workflows, Lead-Management, Dashboards Design und technische Begleitung von Middleware- / API-Integrationen mit Drittsystemen
  • Erstellung von Mapping-Dokumentationen, Datenflussdiagrammen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Unterstützung bei komplexer Fehleranalyse, 2nd- / 3rd-Level-Support und QA
  • Coaching von Consultants im Projektteam zu technischen Standards und Best Practices
  • Technische Beiträge zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprodukte und GTM-Angebote

  • 09 : 00-09 : 30 Uhr : Tagesplanung und Check-in, CRM / Slack prüfen, Support Tickets Bearbeitung
  • 09 : 30-10 : 30 Uhr : Kunden-Workshop zu technischer Systemstruktur oder Architektur
  • 10 : 30-12 : 00 Uhr : Dokumentation von Integrationskonzepten, Datenmapping
  • 12 : 00-13 : 00 Uhr : Mittagspause
  • 13 : 00-14 : 30 Uhr : Projektarbeit - Implementierungs-Aufgaben : API-Connector-Begleitung, Custom Object Setup
  • 14 : 30-15 : 30 Uhr : Interne Abstimmungen zum Kunden Projekte
  • 15 : 30-17 : 00 Uhr : Begleitung von Middleware-Setups (Make, Zapier, etc.) oder technische Reviews
  • 16 : 30-18 : 00 Uhr : Projektarbeit - Wissenstransfer, Templates, Dokumentation & Abschluss des Tages

    • Qualifikation

    Must-Haves :

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit HubSpot (CRM, Sales / Marketing / Service Hubs)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von API-Strukturen, Datenmodellen, Automatisierungen
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung komplexer Integrationen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte klar zu kommunizieren (intern & kundenseitig)
  • Erfahrung mit Toollandschaften im B2B SaaS- oder Professional Services-Kontext
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 2 Reisen pro Quartal)

  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Beratungsnahen und Kundenorientierten Rollen wie z.B Product Management, Projekt Management oder Consulting
  • Erfahrung in Sales oder Revenue Operations Rollen
