At castLabs we push the boundaries of video streaming software and cloud services. Our mission is to simplify video delivery and content security enabling our customers to deliver outstanding entertainment experiences worldwide.

Your Mission Involves :

  • Conducting indepth market research to identify emerging opportunities in video streaming PayTV and OTT technologies .
  • Developing tailored approaches to introduce immature products and new market solutions driving adoption and growth.
  • Shaping gotomarket strategies by collaborating closely with Product Managers and the sales team.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer providing insights that influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients to expand our market presence.
  • Representing castLabs at industry events and conferences showcasing our innovative solutions and strengthening our network.
  • Tracking performance metrics and providing insights to refine strategies and measure results.

Your Profile :

  • 6 years of experience in business development product marketing or market expansion preferably within the video streaming PayTV or OTT sectors.
  • Proven track record of identifying growth opportunities executing strategies and driving market adoption .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive resultsoriented approach to problemsolving .
  • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Engineering and Product Management teams.
  • Fluency in English for impactful proposals and presentations.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and staying ahead of market trends .
  • Candidates must be located in the European Time Zones or able to work standard business hours aligned with the European Time Zone
