In der Rolle des National Key Account Manager Advanced Woundcare Handel sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Entwicklung und operative Betreuung der wichtigsten Fachhandelskunden auf nationaler Ebene im Bereich der modernen Wundversorgung. Sie gestalten Vertriebsstrategien, führen Vertragsverhandlungen und treiben die Marktpräsenz unseres Portfolios durch partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und professionelle Kundenführung aktiv voran.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Umsatz- und Margenziele für definierte Kunden im Bereich Handel / Homecare
• Ausbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen mit Fachhändlern, Homecare Unternehmen und sonstigen professionellen Wundversorgern
• Business Development - Gewinnung neuer Kunden, Ausbau neuer Vertriebswege insb. Online Handel und Eruierung von strategischen Partnerschaften
• Verhandlungen über Rahmenverträge, Listungen und Konditionen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung / Einkauf von Handelspartnern
• Erstellung von Kundenentwicklungsplänen sowie Sicherstellung deren Zielerreichung
• Durchführung strategischer Jahresgespräche mit Geschäftsführern im Bereich Handel
• Präsentationen bei Kunden und auf internen Meetings
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableiten von Maßnahmen zur Marktdurchdringung
• Weiterentwicklung der Strategien / Aktivitäten im Bereich Handel
• Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing Ausgestaltung von Kundenaktivitäten, Produkt Launches, Portfolio-Optimierung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Market Access und Kassenmanagement
