Deine Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Auswahl und Steuerung des Sortiments Deiner Kategorie sowie die Überwachung und Verbesserung der entsprechenden operativen und finanziellen KPIs
• Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kollegen aus dem Planning Department bei der Erstellung eines Pre-Season Plans entsprechend Budget sowie die optimale Aussteuerung des OTB während der Saison
• Aufbau und Management starker strategischer Partnerschaften mit globalen Maren und Eigenmarken bei gleichzeitiger Aushandlung von Konditionen entsprechend den internen Margen- und Umsatzzielen
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Orderterminen und Bearbeitung entsprechender Follow-up Aktivitäten
• Ständige Beobachtung von Makro- und Mikrotrends, Wettbewerbern und geeigneten Marken, um ein hochrelevantes Markenportfolio und Sortiment für Snipes zu gewährleisten
• Proaktive Beteiligung an der Erstellung von Marketingplänen und Werbeaktivitäten für Deine Kategorie
• Einsatz Deines funktionsübergreifenden Fachwissens zum Aufbau enger Beziehungen zu anderen Abteilungen, z. B. Marketing und Vertrieb
• Überwachung des Freigabe- und Mustermanagements

Unsere Anforderungen

• Eine ausgeprägte „How yes“ Mentalität
• Eine starke Leidenschaft für Streetwear und Street Culture
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Einkaufserfahrung in der Mode-/Sneaker-/Accessoire-Branche bei einem Lifestyle Unternehmen mit Fokus im E-Commerce
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (xls & ppt)
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und professionelles Auftreten
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, auch unter zeitweise hohem Zeitdruck
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des europäischen Marktes mit einer paneuropäischen Perspektive
