ABOUT INVERS

At INVERS, we offer mobility service providers integrated hardware and software solutions. We act as an independent and reliable partner for providers of car sharing, car hire and car subscriptions. Our aim is to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a car. Our customers include companies such as Free2move, Miles, Zity, MyWheels, Getaround, Flinkster and Cambio.

We work in cross-functional product teams that develop solutions to problems with added value for our customers and INVERS. If you have experience in product management, as a product owner or product manager, a background as a software developer and are a team player with a lot of initiative, then you've come to the right place!

We are looking for you to join our Event Pipelines & API Management team in Netphen or Cologne on a full-time, permanent basis as soon as possible. This team ensures that our teams and our customers' developers have secure, understandable and seamless access to our APIs and events. Become part of the INVERS family. YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

You are responsible for the results of your product team and ensure that the products and features that are developed bring added value to customers and INVERS

You work together with the designer, tech lead and developers to understand customer problems and identify suitable solutions

You establish close relationships with our customers' developers to better understand their specific needs and ensure seamless integration of our products and a first-class developer experience

You build a deep knowledge of customers and their product usage, the market and competitors as well as INVERS' business to make informed product decisions

You regularly interact with customers and users to identify their problems, validate product ideas and gather feedback on existing products

You apply appropriate product management methods to identify, prioritise and implement problems and solutions

You form the interface between your team, internal stakeholders and customers and ensure a structured exchange of information

You remove blockers that prevent or slow down your team from delivering value to customers or INVERS

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics

You have several years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on interfaces (REST, Rabbit MQ, Kafka)

Ideally, you already have several years of experience in product management

You are familiar with product discovery and delivery methods and have already used them to identify, prioritise and implement solutions with your team

You are a strong communicator and can communicate your thoughts effectively in both written and spoken format - in German and English

You approach challenges in a structured and analytical way

You are enthusiastic about technology, learn quickly and have creative ideas to solve problems

You feel comfortable in a fast-paced working environment and are not easily flustered

You have a lot of initiative and are motivated to work with your team to create value for our customers and shape the mobility of the future
