Your Mission
As a Google Ads Sales Account Manager, youll serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of German-speaking businesses and agency partners. You'll not only guide them in building and optimising campaigns, but take a proactive role in long-term growth planning, driving account performance and revenue expansion.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and support newer team members, making this a perfect opportunity for professionals who already have a solid foundation in digital sales and are ready to stretch into account strategy and informal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with businesses and agencies to understand marketing goals and translate them into high-impact Google Ads strategies
- Take ownership of a book of business, focusing on long-term growth, sustainability and client satisfaction
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving account expansion
- Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success
- Stay ahead of industry trends, Google Ads updates, and market dynamics to provide cutting-edge advice
- Support the development of more junior team members through best-practice sharing and informal mentoring
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team knowledge and goals
