Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will be responsible for creating strategy managing campaign budgets implementing tracking solutions and driving measurable growth using a data-driven approach.
Tasks
- Plan manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS CPA and CTR.
- Conduct keyword research audience targeting ad creation and A / B testing.
- Implement and monitor tracking solutions including Google Tag Manager Conversion Tracking Pixels and Server-Side Tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance build reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and improve underperforming ones.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends tools and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
Proven track record in managing high-performance Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
