Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business area are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business.

• International and interdisciplinary collaboration : As an IT Product Owner & Team Lead for Service Management you will become part of the company being restructured in the future and will therefore work in a globally networked team of around 4,300 colleagues that operates in over 50 countries.

• Take responsibility : You are responsible to build and lead a self-organized, agile scrum team of Inhouse Consultants for Service Management in a scaled agile environment, both technically and disciplinarily. In cooperation with the agile master, you drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams of the scaled agile environment. You ensure that the team have the right competences and resources available in alignment with the upcoming product roadmap and you drive performance management and career development processes for all individuals of the team. You manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders.
• Networked communication : The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective business departments are part of your tasks.
• Think holistically : You frequently align with other process areas, thereby ensuring consistent integrated process- and IT solutions. Additionally, you manage relationships with business partners, understand their needs, refine, and prioritize their requirements and integrate them in the delivery roadmap of the team. Together with other Product Owners and roles of the scaled agile environment, you contribute to the continuous improvement of the collaboration within the scaled agile environment and to the further development and professionalization of the role of the Product Owner, and improvement of product management processes within the scaled agile environment. You manage risks on team and program level and regularly align dependencies with other teams and other scaled agile environment roles.
