As the Resident Manager at Milestone Living, you'll play apivotal role in managing property operations, enhancing theresident experience, and driving business success at one of ourpremier locations. What You'll Do : Customer Acquisition &Marketing : Collaborate with the Corporate Services team toimplement local sales and marketing strategies, and identify localpartners to strengthen the MILESTONE brand experience. CustomerCare & Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfactionthrough community building, prompt response to resident inquiriesand complaints, and maintaining a stable living environment.Facility Management : Work closely with external suppliers and theCorporate Services team to maintain the optimal condition of theproperty. Operational Reporting : Ensure timely and accuratefinancial and operational reporting, adhering to MILESTONE’sbusiness compliance guidelines. Quality & Safety : Implementquality management measures, including Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs), and ensure residents’ safety through regulardrills and access control. What We're Looking For : Experience : Atleast 1 year of experience at MILESTONE or 2-5 years in a similarhospitality management role such as Resident Manager, Front OfficeManager, or Room Division Manager. People Skills : A strong abilityto work with diverse teams and create a positive, collaborativeenvironment for both residents and colleagues. Attention to Detail : A high level of precision and organizational skills with a strongaffinity for administrative tasks and data management.Communication Skills : Fluency in German (C1 / C2) and English(C1 / C2), with additional languages a plus. Leadership : Provenexperience in leading teams, with the ability to drive performanceand provide training and support. Why us?
