Overview

Opportunity for Construction Manager to join our Data centre team in Netherlands. The Construction Manager will lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning through delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, to the required quality standards, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, site managers, and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities across multiple sites or large-scale projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, legal regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Implement and monitor quality control and health & safety procedures.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior leadership or clients.
• Resolve escalated issues or delays to maintain project timelines.
• Mentor and develop junior managers and staff.
