• Order management
• Entering orders
• Checking and adjusting prices due to credits
• Observing special conditions
• Back orders
• Order processing à Create invoices
• Support customers who are ordering through eStore
• Adapt customer data
• Complaint processing à reversal of goods & credit note processing
• Collective invoicing
