A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring a Customer Success manager. As a Customer Success Manager , you'll ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform across academic accounts. This a global organization who offer great future opportunities for successful candidates. After a highly successful first quarter they continue to develop and hire globally. This is a pivotal role covering both Austria and Germany.
Your mission :
- Support universities post-sale to drive usage and renewals
- Build relationships with faculty and help integrate the product into classrooms
- Serve as the trusted contact for onboarding, support, and training.
