We are lookin for a new Project Manager who will be responsible for the structured governance and end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.
This role provides oversight of scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality, while coordinating all project phases from planning through go-live to ensure successful, business-aligned outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements 1) Project Governance & Planning Define and maintain the project plan (scope, timeline, milestones, budget) Set up governance structure (Steering Committee, PMO, key stakeholders) Ensure adherence to project methodology (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid) 2) Stakeholder & Communication Management Act as main interface between Business, IT, SAP consultants, and vendors Lead status meetings and prepare executive reporting (KPIs, risks, decisions) Manage expectations and alignment across multiple teams and countries (if global rollout) 3) Scope & Requirement Management Coordinate business requirements gathering Ensure requirements are translated into SAP functional / technical deliverables Manage scope changes , CRs, and approvals 4) Delivery & Execution Management Monitor progress and remove blockers Coordinate workstreams such as : SAP Functional (FI / CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) Technical (BASIS, integrations, security) Data migration Testing Cutover & Hypercare Ensure deliverables are completed on time and with quality 5) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Maintain and drive Risk & Issue logs Track and escalate dependencies (interfaces, transports, environments, approvals) Ensure mitigation plans are implemented 6) Resource, Vendor & Budget Management Manage team capacity and allocation (internal + external consultants) Coordinate vendor activities and control deliverables (SOW / invoices / hours) Manage project financials (budget, forecasting, cost tracking) 7) Testing & Quality Assurance Plan and manage SIT / UAT cycles Ensure test strategy, defect triage, and readiness for go-live Ensure quality gates are met (exit criteria) 8) Cutover, Go-Live & Hypercare Lead the cutover plan and ensure go-live readiness Coordinate transport plan, freeze periods, and deployment activities Organize hypercare support , incident management, and transition to operations 9) Documentation & Compliance Ensure delivery of required documentation : project charter, RAID log, minutes solution design docs training materials & SOPs Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements Powered by JazzHR
