Description du poste

MISSIONS
The Dealing Support department is the preferred point of contact for distributors, institutional and corporate clients, as well as Amundi sales representatives.
It ensures the smooth running of every step in the life cycle of all transactions of purchase / sale shares Amundi funds under Luxembourg and French law.
Under the direction of his manager, the trainee will be able to take care of customer requests in the following areas :
- Operational requests : follow-up of subscriptions-redemptions, settlement cash, fund characteristics, miscellaneous information;
- Reporting : confirmation of operations, publication of position reports, various reporting;
- Corporate Action : Dividend processing, mergers, removals;
- Customer complaint handling : encoding error, wrong order, wrong information, etc. ;
- AML / KYC : opening of accounts, updating of the legal documentation;
- One-off missions for projects related to the evolution of our products.
