A day in the life :
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process in collaboration with the relevant departments
- Act as the interface between the customer and the company, providing high-quality customer service through phone and written communication
- Process incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer complaints
- Assess and fulfill individual customer needs within our tailored customer service
- Participate in European-wide projects and collaborate with other departments to offer our customers world-class service
