Description :
We are looking for a Customer Care B2B specialist dedicated at our Munsbach location whose mission is to ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact for our professional clients, you will handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and associated services. You will ensure a smooth and efficient experience while maintaining a rigorous follow-up on requests.
Responsabilities :
- Respond to B2B client inquiries regarding order and delivery tracking.
- Provide accurate information on lead times, availability, and service conditions.
- Handle potential complaints related to orders and propose appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, sales, after-sales service) to ensure a quick and efficient response to clients.
- Update customer information in the CRM system and proactively follow up on cases.
- Suggest improvements to optimize the customer journey and reduce friction points.
