ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support pre- and post-deployment tasks for our robotic systems. You will be involved in testing robot functionalities, fine-tuning operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deployments and exceptional customer experiences.

YOUR TASKS
- Collaborate daily with the Customer Success team to assist customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful operation of robots in the field
- Assist the customer success team in preparing and executing onsite trials, demonstrations, and deployments, including training sessions
- Partner closely with the technical operations and support teams to enhance the customer journey
- Demonstrate ER software and various robot platforms to customers under the guidance of the customer success team, both remotely and onsite
