Role Overview :
Position : Customer Service Advisor
Location : Porto
Languages : German (Native) English (B2)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support to Germanspeaking merchants via phone email chat and social media platforms.
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to our products and services ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams such as Sales and Marketing to enhance customer experience and optimize service delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes to maximize merchant satisfaction.

Base Salary : 1271 EUR / month x 14 (gross) 17 794 EUR / year
Work Schedule : Monday to Sunday 08 : 00 19 : 00 (with possible extension to 21 : 00).
