Your tasks - you make the difference with us :

  • You will provide energetic advice on the implementation and further development of SAP modules in customer service and, in particular, field service management and, in the future, S / 4-HANA service.
  • You see yourself as a member of a strong development team and bring business-related and technical concept and development activities to the forefront - you check the feasibility of customer requests with a view to the standard and ensure smooth operation in the above-mentioned environment.
  • You can routinely handle relevant activities in the area of necessary software upgrades and updates as well as second and third level support.

  • You have a degree in computer science, economics or a comparable qualification.

  • You have experience in SAP module support and consulting in the area of customer service and in particular field service management, including industry-specific customizing.
  • Ideally, you have experience in future-oriented topics in this environment
  • You have an independent, solution-oriented working style and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • You have a high degree of service and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working.
  • You have moderation skills, preferably also a good command of German and English.
