To support our customers in their usage, our After-Sales team is looking for a :
Customer Support Engineer
General objective of the role
As After-Sales Engineer at Ecorobotix, you will be a strategic communication point between our clients and our R&D teams. If you're a master at log analysis and troubleshooting, then this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Remote Technical Support : Deliver expert diagnosis and support in different fields, including software (proficiency in Unix terminal, Bash, and Python scripting), hardware (electrical / mechanical knowledge), and field applications.
- Develop Technical Documentation : Assist in creating and maintaining troubleshooting and support documentation for both internal and external use.
- Collaborate for Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with other departments to enhance the quality of our products, services and operational processes.
- Occasional On-site Customer Support : Conduct occasional (1 to 5 times per year) customer on-site repairs and support, distributor trainings, or events across Europe
