We are looking for a : Ambulatory / Outpatient Workflow Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Ambulatory Workflow Project Manager. With the shift to outpatient care becoming increasingly significant, we are redefining our workflows to better serve our customers' needs through our electronic medical record system, ORBIS. This role is crucial in enhancing both outpatient and inpatient workflows to align with current healthcare trends.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate product teams within our healthcare software development business unit to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products related to ambulatory / outpatient workflow.
Work closely with the Program Manager for the ORBIS U Transition & Strategy to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met, and deliverables are achieved within set deadlines.
Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.
Proactively address project-related challenges and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow integration and issue resolution.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular progress updates and status reports to keep all parties informed of project developments and any potential risks.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ambulatory workflows within the ORBIS system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
Facilitate regular meetings and communications between cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and resolve issues.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in project coordination or product management, preferably in healthcare software development or a related industry.
Strong understanding of ambulatory / outpatient workflow processes and challenges.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
Familiarity with ambulantory workflows, electronic medical record systems, particularly ORBIS, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Position to fill ASAP in Germany (prefered) and France.
