Job Overview

The Software Developer will work with modern headless CMS technologies and develop web solutions leveraging TYPO3, PHP, and JavaScript. The role includes creating and integrating frontend solutions with frameworks like Next.js, React, or Vue.js, focusing on API-first architectures and maintaining TYPO3-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement web solutions using headless CMS approaches (e.g., TYPO3, Strapi, Contentful, or Sanity)
  • Integrate headless CMS solutions with frontend technologies such as Next.js, React, or Vue.js
  • Maintain and enhance TYPO3-based applications with attention to modularity and scalability
  • Build and implement APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
  • Collaborate in agile, interdisciplinary teams (including design, consulting, and frontend teams) to create creative and functional digital solutions

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with headless CMS technologies and API-first architectures is ideal
  • Proficiency in TYPO3 (e.g., Typoscript, extension development) and strong skills in PHP and MySQL
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like Next.js, React, or Vue.js and modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Familiarity with tools like RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and version control tools such as Git
  • Independent, solution-oriented work style with openness to new technologies and continuous learning
  • Fluency in German (C1 / C2) is essential
