Your seat to fill:

• Plan & Implement Initiatives: Develop and execute digital campaigns, in-store events, flyers, and Google campaigns to drive and maintain store traffic. Leverage AI tools selectively to optimize targeting and campaign performance where measurable impact is evident
• Campaign Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate communication efforts across all Flagship and Key City stores, ensuring timely execution of campaigns
• Customer Engagement Optimization: Enhance store touchpoints, including landing pages, newsletters, chat interfaces, and bookable appointments, to boost engagement, retention, and conversion rates
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Omnichannel and Brand teams to leverage global assets, tools, and best practices effectively
• Unified Activation Planning: Consolidate retail requirements to develop a comprehensive activation calendar applicable to all stores
• End-to-End Consumer Journey Management: Plan, develop, and execute retail activations, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the journey
• Retail Activation & Trend Alignment: Implement in-store activations in line with emerging retail trends. Track performance and use AI-assisted analytics to identify optimization opportunities
• Quality & Delivery Oversight: Ensure global retail activation toolkits are delivered with high quality and on schedule

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Relevant experience in retail marketing, campaign coordination, or omnichannel activation, ideally within a multi-store or fast-paced retail environment
• Campaign Execution Skills: Hands-on experience supporting and executing digital and in-store campaigns, with strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines
• Operational Coordination: Ability to manage campaign calendars, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth rollout of activations across stores
• Data & Performance Awareness: Comfortable tracking campaign performance metrics and using insights (including AI-supported tools where applicable) to recommend optimizations
• Customer-Focused Mindset: Understanding of retail customer journeys and experience supporting initiatives that enhance engagement and conversion at key touchpoints
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Omnichannel, and Retail Operations
• Organizational & Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining high execution quality
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads), CRM tools, content management systems, and basic analytics reporting as well as Meta ads, Google ads and CRM tools
• Communication marketing: Know the right touch points and target audience
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong command of at least one European language.
