What you'll do

• As Team Leader HR Payroll (m / f / d), you'll be responsible for the smooth running of all payroll processes and in particular for leading the HR Payroll team in a respectful and trusting manner
• Your tasks include implementing innovations and changes in tax, social security and labour law as well as preparing statistics and reports (standard and ad hoc)
• You not only act as a contact person (m / f / d) for external bodies (in particular social insurance institutions, tax and auditors), but also for the business in all tax and social security law and payroll-related questions and issues
• In addition, the preparation of payroll accounting for employees & freelancers of a defined group of employees using SAP, taking into account tax and social security law principles, is part of your daily business; you're also responsible for maintaining personnel master data and organisation management in SAP
• Supporting the Finance department with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (e.g. providing information such as provisions etc.) is also part of your job
• You'll also care about managing HR projects, in particular for the continuous improvement of payroll processes
