This exciting new role is a strategic role focused on managing and expanding relationships with enterprise and clients across the United States. This position drives revenue growth by delivering cutting-edge telecom solutions and advanced networking technologies. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious targets, ensuring a superior customer experience and long-term partnership success. The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business. The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual. Account Management & Client Relations Serve as the primary contact for high-value enterprise accounts across the USA, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, within assigned accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans that address client needs with tailored telecommunications solutions. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts, expanding the scope of service agreements. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives. Team Collaboration & Leadership Partner with internal teams—engineering, product development, marketing, and customer success—to deliver exceptional service and support. Mentor and guide sales team members, sharing expertise on enterprise sales strategies and telecom technologies. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring terms align with both client expectations and organizational goals. Market Analysis & Reporting Stay updated on U.S. telecommunications market trends, including regulatory developments and emerging technologies. Analyze account performance metrics, sales forecasts, and pipeline data to inform strategic decisions. Provide detailed reports to senior leadership, including insights for market positioning and customer engagement. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings. Leverage professional networks to generate leads, explore new opportunities, and strengthen industry presence. Foster long-term partnerships that position the organization as a leader in telecommunications solutions. Experience with federal and state government contracts and RFP processes. Familiarity with telecommunications regulations and standards in the U.S. market. About You Enjoy a fast paced, a high-change environment and don’t rely on structure / hierarchy to get things done. Have a degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience, with a focus on telecommunications. In-depth understanding of telecom services and technologies. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
