About you and this role

Were excited to offer an opportunity for a Turnaround (TAR) Project Manager at our Stade Germany site! In this role youll play a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of maintenance shutdowns (turnarounds) in our chemical manufacturing plantsboth for individual plant outages and across our integrated site.

Youll join a collaborative turnaround team working closely with Operations Maintenance and Purchasing. Using Dows Platinum Turnaround Work Process youll help bring together all critical functions to deliver successful outcomes.

As Turnaround Project Manager youll also partner with regional and global teams to drive innovation implement digital tools and continuously improve turnaround productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and close-out of turnarounds.
• Align operations projects maintenance and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) functions throughout the turnaround cycle.
• Guide the core TA team in planning scheduling cost control material management and resource allocation.
• Develop scope lists and manage work inventories.
• Build and maintain turnaround schedules and budgets to meet business and site needs.
• Integrate operations projects and maintenance activities for critical path management.
• Champion risk management and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to optimize contracting strategies.
• Drive the adoption of digital tools in partnership with regional and global Digital TA teams.
