Your mission as a Test and Cutover Manager

As Test and Cutover Manager you will lead the testing and cutover strategy for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems and safeguarding business continuity. Your work will directly impact operational readiness and the success of our ERP transformation.

What else you will be doing as a Test and Cutover Manager

In this interim role you will be the driving force behind all testing and cutover activities within the MastERPiece project. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and workstream leads to design coordinate and execute test phases and go-live plans. Your expertise will ensure that all systems data and processes are validated and ready for deployment. You will also play a key role in project governance stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include :

• Define and execute the overall test strategy and governance for SIT UAT Regression Performance and Post-Go-Live validation
• Develop detailed test plans test cases and acceptance criteria
• Manage test execution defect triage and resolution tracking
• Ensure traceability between business requirements and test outcomes
• Oversee test environment and data setup
• Lead the design and execution of the cutover strategy and go-live plan
• Coordinate cutover tasks across functional technical and data teams
• Validate data migration and readiness activities
• Prepare rollback and contingency procedures
• Act as primary interface for testing and cutover topics with the Project Manager and Steering Committee
• Support project governance and collaboration across workstreams
