PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs, manufactures and sells Pergolas. Tasks

  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of the product roadmap for onsite functionality focused on conversion, average order value and customer engagement.
  • Product Ownership : You will take responsibility for building digital products that enable PERGOLUX to deliver an effective and delightful experience for our customers and users. You think in terms of business value and customer satisfaction. You will do this end-to-end, creating a vision and strategy with your key stakeholders and translating it into an actionable roadmap with your team. Prove your impact and that of your team by demonstrating improvement in business and product metrics.
  • You will lead a cross-functional team consisting of Product, Engineering, UX and CRO in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban).
  • Keep up to date with the latest marketing software and tools to optimise marketing efforts
  • Translate user and stakeholder needs into well-defined features that balance technical capabilities with business needs
  • Work closely with a Shopify agency and other external specialists to adapt off-the-shelf solutions to effectively meet business and user needs
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage the design of product features from start to finish, including exploration, research, specification, development and launch
  • Make prioritisation decisions based on a deep understanding of what is important and will have the greatest impact, weighing trade-offs and mitigating risk
  • You validate your decisions with data, using A / B testing, funnel analysis, heat maps, qualitative / quantitative user research or user interviews.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 of those years in a dynamic B2C e-commerce website environment (ideally with Shopify)
  • You possess at least 3 years of experience in leading a team
  • You own a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience
  • You are familiar with working with the tools Jira, Confluence, Figma, Shopify
  • You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally and delivering digital products
  • You are an expert in creating clear specifications, setting priorities, organizing sprints, and managing the team's workflows
  • You are characterized by a strong leadership personality and effective communication skills and are able to clearly explain the reasons for your decisions to your team, management and other stakeholders
  • You take ownership and initiative and value knowing your users, stakeholders and the business to contribute to its growth
  • You can think analytically and are able to speak fluent English
