Area of responsibilities :

• Responsibility of developing schedules, milestones and overviews for the completion of corporate architecture projects (office, exhibition, retail, events)
• Management of various areas of the project planning and development processes
• Management of corporate architecture projects from kick-off through design and technical drawings to on-site coordination
• Planning internal and external events, including timeline, budget, event set-up and on-site coordination
• Development of guidelines, toolboxes and reporting
• Further development of the strategic processes of corporate architecture projects
• Ensuring communication flows within and between departments and functions
